Application Assistance

We understand that getting the perfect application with gel nail stickers may take some practice. Our friendly support team will provide you with troubleshooting tips and techniques to help you make the most of our products.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if your items arrive damaged or defective, contact us right away. We will resolve the issue by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund for the affected item(s).

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order arrives. After 7 days, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to check your items carefully upon delivery. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, so please choose your products thoughtfully.

If you need to cancel an order before it ships, a 9.95% processing fee will apply.

Shipping Protection

If you opted for Shipping Protection at checkout, it will cover lost, damaged, or stolen items during shipping. This coverage is valid from the moment your order is placed until it arrives safely at your address. Without Shipping Protection, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

If Shipping Protection was added and your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost or process a refund as needed.

How to Return an Item

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and these fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing Fee: A 9.95% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable costs (e.g., Shopify and credit card fees).
  • Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase or receipt is required to process your return.
  • Refund Approval: Once we inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Refund Delays
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as refunds can sometimes take a few extra days. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, feel free to contact us at hello@sassyhearts.com.au for assistance.

Sale Items
Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds, so take care when making your purchase.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If your item qualifies for an exchange, contact us at hello@sassyhearts.com.au, and we will assist you in processing the exchange.

Gifts

  • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • If the gift was shipped directly to the gift giver, the refund will be processed back to them.
