Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure to choose your products thoughtfully before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@sassyhearts.com.au. We’ll resolve the issue by offering a replacement or issuing a refund for the affected item(s).

How to Return an Item
We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 7 days from the date your order arrives. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at hello@sassyhearts.com.au.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You’re responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
  • Processing Fee: A 9.95% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable charges.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
  • Refund Approval: Once we inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please contact us at hello@sassyhearts.com.au.

Sale Items
Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds.
