1. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Times:

• Standard Shipping: $10, estimated delivery time is 2-8 business days.
• Express Shipping: $15, estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days.
• Standard International Shipping (New Zealand):  NZD 18, estimated delivery time is 6-27 business days.

3. Shipping Carriers:
We use Australia Post and trusted couriers. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is shipped.

4. Delivery Delays:
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur. Contact us if there’s an issue.

5. Missing or Damaged Items:
Please contact us within 7 days if your order is damaged or missing.

6. Address Information:
Ensure your address is correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses.
